Studios

Since 2002 I have been renting studios and sharing them with other artists. I do this to make it more affordable for other artists and myself. I have been apart of 5 studios so far. The artists that have worked in my studios have worked in a verity of different mediums, however most have been 2d artists.

Kennedy 410 is my current studio which is located to just off of Stinson Avenue on Kennedy Street in North East Minneapolis. I share this studio with two other artist currently James Marshall and Jennifer Closner. We mostly work in 2d mediums; Painting, Drawing and Collage. However, James does work in metal and ceramic sculpture and Jennifer is a graphic designer.

I am a very social artist and I host studios sections once or twice a week where other artist come in and we work on separate projects in a group setting. It is fun and informal. This gives artists that don't currently have there own space to work in a place to get a little more messy. We also critique each others works. Normally we meet on Tuesday or Thursday from 6pm to 9pm.
